About FAQ Helper
An AI-powered FAQ widget built in Berlin. One developer, one mission: help websites answer their visitors' questions.
Why FAQ Helper Exists
Every website owner knows the problem: the same questions come in through email, chat, and contact forms — day after day. “How do I reset my password?” “What are your shipping times?” “Do you offer refunds?”
Traditional FAQ pages exist, but visitors rarely find them. They're buried in footers, disconnected from the content that triggers the question in the first place. And building an FAQ section that's contextual — showing the right answers on the right pages — used to require custom development.
FAQ Helper solves this by combining AI-powered FAQ generation with a contextual display engine. Our AI reads your page content and generates questions your visitors are likely to ask. The visual rule builder lets you control which FAQs appear where. And the embeddable widget delivers answers right where visitors need them — on the page they're already reading.
Built by Anton Osika in Berlin
FAQ Helper is built and maintained by Anton Osika, a software engineer based in Berlin, Germany. With experience spanning full-stack development, developer tooling, and product engineering, Anton built FAQ Helper to solve a problem he encountered repeatedly: small teams spending hours answering the same questions instead of building their product.
The project started as a simple script that scraped a landing page and generated FAQ pairs using an LLM. It evolved into a complete SaaS platform with a visual rule builder, analytics, and an embeddable widget — because the core idea kept proving useful.

The beta exists because real feedback from real users is more valuable than assumptions. Paid plans will be introduced later with transparent, fair pricing. Early beta users will be rewarded for their trust.
